In your first garage choose to walk around. In the back there are two arcade machines, one for Geometry Wars 1 and one for Geometry Wars 2. Play the first game and then exit. You'll return back to the PGR3 start screen. Go back into the garage and play the second. You'll get the achievement after you quit the second game.
