This is quite easy. Even though you only get about half the adam you would from harvesting them Tenenbaum gives you gifts after every few sisters including some of the adam you missed out on.
In the long run I NEVER needed that much adam, even without harvesting any little sisters I got the Tonic Collector and the Maxed All Tracks achievement in the same playthrough. (though I did deal with all little sisters as well)
You do not need to deal with all the little sisters, just not harvest any. I would suggest saving before you hit the rescue button just in case you mess up. It may not happen, but wouldn't you hate having to go through the same part twice.
This will not unlock until the final cutscene is over (or that's when it did for me anyways.) So don't get to nervous if it doesn't unlock immediately. If it hasn't unlocked by the time you return to the title screen then I would worry.

| This isn't so much a total solution as a great recommendation. The one thing I learned to help defeat the Daddies is to have them fight themselves. Be sure to get the Hypnotize Big Daddy tonic - it is given to you from Tenenbaum after saving only a few little sisters. While you have one Daddy hypnotized and by your side, find another with a little sister, shoot him, and then run away. The two will fight till one dies - you can stand a distance away and finish them both off with heat seeking RPG's or Electric Gel. You get the loot off of both and the little sister without too much effort of a Daddy battle. If the one you attacked survives the battle, be sure to finish him off - he will come after you. His health will be low so you can kill him pretty easy. |

This is a very easy achievement. All you need to do is play through the game, it doesn't matter if you miss any Little Sisters, but it helps toward the other achievement for rescuing all of them. As I said, play through, and don't harvest any sisters.
If you do so, you'll get 200Gs at the end of the game, after defeating Atlas. Easy-as-pie!
