    Kill Sander Cohen in his apartment in Olympus Heights.
    Take a picture of his body.
    Can also be done in Fort frolic

    xTR1PPyI set fire to ever centimeter of his masterpiece, after having missed his apt. and killed him in Fort Frolic without having taken a picture and sadly nothing happened, OH WELL time to play on easy and have more fun :)

    The benefit of this solution is that you don't need to worry about finding him or remembering where to kill him, etc. You can just achieve it as you progress through the story line.
    After you have completed the "Completed Cohen's Masterpiece" achievement, Cohen will be standing in front of his 'masterpiece' adoring it. Save your game, kill Cohen, take a picture of his corpse and the achievement will be unlocked. After the achievement is unlocked RELOAD the game! Otherwise you will miss out on another achievement further into the game.

    Its better to get this achievement in Olympus Heights because you also get the achievement for getting into Cohen's room. All you have to do is kill the two people dancing by the piano to get Cohen mad and Cohen comes running out of his room, just kill him and snap a picture.
