This achievement doesn't require you to hack anything in particular, just make at least one successful hack.
When you initiate a hack you'll start up a small puzzle based mini-game, the object of the game is to connect the 2 points with a pipeline so that the liquid can flow between them.
When in the hack game you need to uncover the pieces around the board, just clicking click on a bunch of them, doing so will unveil new pipe pieces, you can then use those pipe pieces to successfully connect the 2 points!
Below is a video which will show you an example of the hacking mini-game. There's no need to watch the entire video, the hack is right at the start.

For this achievement you need to hack one thing. You need to try to hack a security bot in the beginning of the Medical Pavilion round, which if you fail it explodes and no achievement.
If you fail to hack here, these are the following things that can be hacked.
1. security bot
2. security camera
3. turret (machine, rocket, flame)
4. health machine
5. safe
6. vending machine (circus of values, el ammo bandito!)
7. combination locks
8. U-invent machines
