winning 25 routes adds to All Pimped Out which is winning all the burning routes. basically find a burning route event in single player, which is indicated by a orangish dot on the map. next you must use a specific car that calls for the event. then use that car to beat the time that is posted on that route. most the routes are located in the city portion of the map.
