Pretty hard to miss. As you're climbing the Tule Tree you will encounter a second statue (after the one where you receive the Double Jump power), simply attack it to destroy the statue and you will be granted the *minor spoiler for humor reasons* Power of Nothing and the achievement will unlock. This is right before proceeding to the Temple of War. Again hard to miss.
