	To initially welcome tourists to your island you must build a Tourist Dock and/or an Airport. You must also have a place for the tourists to live, like a Hotel, then you can construct all of the items in the attraction menu. Some of them require power and some can only be placed in certain locations. Some also cost a lot of money so ensure that you have a good economy. After building the airport you will get The Frequent Flier achievement in Tropico 3 worth 13 pointsBuild an Airport After building the power plant you will get The Let There Be Light achievement in Tropico 3 worth 12 pointsBuild a Power Plant Once you have power and a lot of money it is possible to buy the Skyscraper Hotel for your tourists to stay in and this will get you The Call me Tropifeller achievement in Tropico 3 worth 7 pointsBuild a Skyscraper Hotel
