I would recommend getting the zombie genocidest achieve in your first play (make sure you get an ending). You get the mega man blaster and makes the next playthrough...
... much easier! Just follow the guides on here - doesnt take too long to get
Also after getting the 53k, you should have a few real hours left in the game, you could finish up by getting Clothes Horse or Gourment.
& yeah make sure you get a legit ending, otherwise you wont get the mega buster.
Was gonna do the first run through just for fun, so will have to check out the guide for the zombie genocidist then, thanks everyone :-)
That's what I did (the ZG run 1st), but honestly you'll have to do so many playthroughs you might want to just do the 1st for fun to get a feel for the game, then ...
Do a 2nd for ZG, and mop up any little things that can be done in the remaining time. Then go onto the tougher playthroughs (Transmissionary/Savior/etc).

How do I get a legit ending then? Just meet Isabella at 10am and make sure on helipad at noon? Do I have to complete the main cases as well as kill 53k?
Nope just go back to the helipad @ 12pm... you can't do the cases whilst doing 53k, it wont work out that way, just ingnore all cases & go to the manteinance tunnels.

Achievements are good to get and addictive, but life should be more than just the pursuit of G. A good chat with online friends is all part of what makes XBL so good :)
