Your XBLA purchases and Xbox 360 marketplace content will not be making the jump either. We care very much about the investment people have made in Xbox 360 and will..
continue to support it with a pipeline of new games and new apps well into the future," a Microsoft rep told Engadget

Prolly 2 more years on 360 and then they'll announce they will no longer have any support for the system?

Over 5 to start, check. Over 100 not played in a year or more, check.
The presentation might have been a bit unerwhelming for gamers, but E3 will be more for us. Used games with a fee doesn't affect me as I buy all my games new months after
release anyway. Better Kinect bundled in and 500 gig HDD seems ok, have to install games, I do that already. Not much information otherwise but what's with all the doom

and gloom? Just because they wanted to impress non-gamers with all the TV and internet stuff doesn't mean they're not looking after us still. 15 exclusives coming our way
still, remember the conference was nationally televised, they were going after the mass market, not the hardcore gamer with that conference. I'm waiting till E3 before I
dispair lol.
Well said.
How about nerd players who rent games? how about those who cant afford money to buy new games? who care about TV ? its horrible mate
Xbox is a gaming console! Whenever you sit on the Xbox means (you are gamer)
Being locked out unless you connect to the internet once every 24 hours isn't the best... http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=561013
As well as MS essentially stopping the practice of lending games to friends by forcing a fee upon them (by the sounds of it, the full RRP).
It's not all that appealing. The real dealbreaker for me though, is the new time exclusive achievements. Being a completionist is tough as it is, but now they can add...
achievements whenever they want and restrict them to say a weekend, or a certain event. I don't mind the TV stuff, or Kinect, but they're pushing some very..
anti-consumer practices with the Xbox One. I'm still interested to see what Rare has been working on for the past few years, but beyond that, I'm out.
The internet thing isn't the greatest I agree but I don't see it affecting me. I'm still not sure about the second hand games thing. From what I hear you have to install
the game to play and then from then on all players on the console that initially installed it can play it and you don't need the disc. As I said before I can see these
things being downers it's just that they don't really affect how I do things. Timed exclusive achievements are real tough I agree, and being a completionist myself I do
think it's going to be a tough pill to swallow but I guess some completions just won't be possible. Lending games is the real toughy I think, if it were me I would make
a cheaper licence (say $10) to give you access to play the game but only with the disc in, and full price for no disc if they're going that direction.
I personally will be happy with my 360's until they are eliminated completely. I still have a backlog of 200+ mix arcade/retail games to do. No way I'm jumping ahead
and buying a new console called "One". EA already stopped the "Online Access" that they were selling for people that bought used games for the 360. I am assuming others
will be following in the "One" and make everyone buy brand new games or Games on Demand. What I say about this? No problem. I won't buy the console until some of the
newer games become older games and prices drop to 1/3. This way I can buy 3 games for the price of one. Fuck You MS :)
I'm trying not to pre-judge it, but so far it's not on my list of things to save up for.
games will be at e3 i think this more for the hardware
I want a gaming console and one not partnered with the devil EA!
