Batman Arkham Asylum!!! I know it's not on your list, but you should definitely play it before AC. Also, Alan Wake AN! And finish Alan Wake!

Yep, Batman Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. They have some pretty easy achievements. I finished AA in 2 days.
