Seeing as Achievements are carried over, keeping your old 360 and games for more score is a sensible move by MS. Focusing to much on Media isn't.

Yep, I have thought this since the whole "always online" rumour started. By doing it this way it makes M$ look like the good guys because technically then it's not

their actual console that won't play used games. They will claim their console WILL play used games, however what they really will mean is that a used disc will only work

as long as a new code is bought. It's exactly what EA & M$ want. I do not trust either of them.

It would make sense that profiles would transfer, after all we play on other mediums ( windows phones being one example ) These games are not playable on all..........
