Think it's a bit early to be saying this, they only revealed a few snippets of games, which looked amazing. Yes no bw compatibility, so what I'm keeping my 360....
...It will probably have all the functionality of the 360 and then some, gamer score is carrying over, E3 is gonna be interesting. Oh and it has blu-ray, bye bye PS3 :D
