This is a DLC required to play in Texas Heat tournaments.
Texas Heat tournaments is a mode where you play at 3 tiers of tables, with other players and AI. The goal is to get as much XP as you can. The mode has a leader board, so you can track how well you did after each tournament.
There are special tournaments, such as ladies night, where anyone with a female avatar gets bonus XP.
Overall, for free DLC, this is good. You get a new mode, so you don't have to only play regular online matches, which gets boring after a while. The DLC brings 3 new, and pretty easy achievements.
