I need my last achievement to complete this game and its one of the easier or should be. I need the "Messer Sandman" achievement. I spent all that time getting the feathers, but I'm missing this achievement. Can somebody please tell what I'm doing wrong. Is it because I am trying to get this at the end of the game? |

Messer Sandman isn't for getting all the feathers.
It's fairly simple to do. the top guide for it is pretty good so read it and watch the video. |

| I had a little trouble with this as well, best advice i can give is irritate a bunch of guards then smoke bomb them, as soon as they are undazed have the sand ready to go and throw it, took me three tries but eventually popped |

| This is like the achievement to sweep 5 guards at once with a long weapon. You do not have to do it all at once (at least when I got it). I just threw sand at 3 guards, missed the fourth, and then hit the fourth one with sand while the others were still rubbing their eyes, and got the acheevo. |

| Also I believe you need to be holding a long weapon to be able to throw sand. Might be mistaken on that though. |

| I don't think you need to be holding a long weapon mate, i got this one purely by accident whilst surrounded by a bunch of enemies who were kicking the shit out of me. I probably had the short sword equipped because that's all i use most of the time, just chucked some sand to buy myself some breathing space and bleep-boop, the cheevo popped right up for me |

| I think you have to "learn" this move from the fight trainer in the circle at Monteriggioni before you can use it? I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. |

| I learned the move already and I know this isn't the same as the feathers achievement. I'm just annoyed I spent all that time on the feathers to complete this game and i can't get this last achievement. |

I checked the wiki, and there is no mention of messer sandman being glitched:

I think I had to do it a couple of times to get it to unlock, but I think that was more because of skill. Or lack thereof. |

I tried it with a group of troops over 10. This achievement is just glitching on me. I think I need to play through this game again and relearn the move. |
