Right so I posted this on the Portal 2 DLC thread to see if anyone could give me an answer but no one did xD.
Basically I was just wondering if anyone could give me any insight as to when the upcoming DLC 'Cold Stream' for L4D2 is being released, all I know is that Valve said that it wasn't being released until after Portal 2 had been released, so now It has, I wonder if anyone had heard anything more on this DLC? |

Cool, looking forward to Cold Stream. Since they updated the blog, I wonder if that means they also changed the current mutation from Confogl to something new. Confogl has been out there for a little over a month now and I'm itching for something new.

Not much of an update, but I guess it's something to give some hope that Cold Stream may actually still be on the way. From http://www.14d.com/blog/.

Based on the 3/16/12 blog update we may not have to wait much longer for Cold Stream. Here is the quote from the blog:
"DLC Date
Now that we have a solid version of the maps (some minor changes still coming), we are focused on the DLC and getting some pesky bugs out of the shipping version. As soon as we have a release date we will let you know."

The most recent blog update on the L4D blog from 4/20/12 has some info on Cold Stream. There is a bit more detail, but not really much of anything new unless you are playing L4D2 on PC. Still no release date for XBOX yet, but this does seem to me to be a glimmer of hope that Cold Stream may actually still be coming.
