Includes Kinect support
The popularity of Minecraft can't be denied. When FortressCraft Chapter 1 was released on the Indie Games Marketplace, it sold 16,000 copies on its first day and became the fastest ever selling Indie Game.
The game that inspired FortressCraft will now be coming to the Xbox 360. Minecraft will include Kinect support, although details on this are yet to be revealed.
Minecraft is due to be released this winter. |

| Can. Not. Wait..... I Hope it supports Mods/ Texture packs like the PC Version. Maybe an Arcade Game also? Considering the PC Version is only about £10? |

My main question here is how much will this cost and will it be free for people who already own MC?
When everyone bought Minecraft Notch stated those who bought it in early beta wouldn't have to pay for content or any releases from here on out so one can only assume. Knowing Microsoft and Notch I think we will probably pay for it although it better be 800 MP or less.  |

| awesomeness, was going to wait to get some money to buy minecraft for the pc but i will wait for this version. i willn't have to hear my mom bit*h about me downloading another game to the computer. i'm thinking 1200 points will be the price not 800, that seen to low for minecraft |

Yes i know you're loving this... you jerk of a roommate you. I've adapted a policy of "when i'm home and awake laptop with me" rule.
I highly doubt you'd be able to download it for free on xbl. Microsoft would probably overrule notch on that one. Though i'm curious what the Kinect compatibility will bring to the table. I still wouldnt touch the game with a ten foot pole. |

| I'd pay 1600 for this in a heartbeat. Damn, I'd give $60 for this sooner than I'd give $60 for another Call of Duty game! Tons more stuff to do makes it well worth every penny. |

Why would they give this away to anyone who has the PC version? Don't hold your breath waiting on that.
Also I think it is possible this is a retail release based on the popularity.
The guy that makes Fortresscraft crapped his pants at this news. |
