It's cheaper than you might think.
Capcom has taken its fair share of beatings for milking gamers with endless iterations of its games (I'm looking at you, Street Fighter IV) and many gamers feared that Dead Rising 2 might be next on the list with the upcoming Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. Capcom Vancouver is hoping to allay some of those fears by releasing some news about its newest project, however.
In an interview with Eurogamer executive producer Jason Leigh shared the following:
We always knew with E3 after Captivate we had to show more, and the two things I guess could be perceived as negative that came out of Captivate were, how different is it, and what's the price? Those two things didn't really get answered at that show.Leigh went on to reveal that Off the Record will contain a new area (the Theme Park) that is bigger than any other area in Dead Rising 2. The game will also feature new weapons, new combo weapons and new bosses that have yet to be revealed. In short, he says, "It's a much bigger game than Dead Rising 2 was."
Finally, and most importantly for cash-minded gamers, Leigh has revealed that the price for Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will be $39.99 in North America.

| Was going to get any way but this means it will cost me less that I don't really have to spend, wish more games were priced this low to start, I think they'd sell more in the long rub if that was the typical price |
