Summer of Arcade begins!
The Summer of Arcade kicks off this week with:

As detailed by osubluejacket in a previous post, in a special bonus, if gamers purchase all five Summer of Arcade titles, they will receive a free copy of Crimson Alliance which is set for a September 7th release and a price point of 1200 MSP. The Marketplace describes Crimson Alliance with the following:
Explore the mystical world of the Crimson Empire in this action-RPG adventure. Chose to play as the powerful wizard, Direwolf; the battle-hardened mercenary, Gnox; or the mysterious assassin, Moonshade. Yeah - 1200 for single player only (by the looks of it) is steep compared to similar ARPGs.
All depends on the loot and difficulty scaling. May be worth a demo at least. |

I might give this game a shot with a trial or something and then wait for a Deal of the Week if I like it. Crimson Alliance also looks pretty cool. |

| I think i will wait for a dotw as well. I know that Kinect apparently sold very well, but I was not one to adopt one. I guess Microsoft thinks its smart to add a kinect game to the summer of arcade lineup, then offer a promotion for buying all the games, earning you a free game. Way to leave out your core gamers Microsoft. |

| Not really feeling the character that you control. Looks to Manga/Anime for me. They need to add remake Gauntlet Dark Legacy and make that an Xbox Live Arcade game. That would be cool. |
