How's over 5 minutes of game action sound?
I speak for everyone when I say that we have all been annoyed with how Capcom is announcing characters for Street Fighter x Tekken. So when we finally received gameplay trailers of the new fighters, it was a breath of fresh air. Well get ready to take another whiff of awesome. Thanks to Comic-Con last weekend, we have some more gameplay from the Capcom booth to share with all of you!
The first video has Chun-Li and Poison (Team "Legs") against Yoshimitsu and Kazuya (Team "Where's my 8-way run!?"). Keep an eye out for Poison's "Spank With A Riding Crop" super move.

Did you see when both sides triggered a super move and all four characters were fighting at the exact same time? That is awesome!
Street Fighter x Tekken has no release date but is expected in early 2012.

I really suck at both these games but I will still give this a try.
I watched the Tekken movie last week, there's some very nice fights. I was actually surprised by the movie, I wasn't expecting it to be this good. I wouldn't say no to a sequel. |

| I'm also unsure about this one. Probably will get it, but it looks like they've made it more like MvsC with the air combos and such. I wish on the actual fighting gameplay front they had stayed closer to SSFIV. |

Wow, those 4 player special moves are intense.
Glad to see Yoshimitsu doing his old-school bunny hop. Many times as a child on Tekken 3 hopping around the stage and hoping I ran into my opponent! xD
I too am more excited for Tekken x Street Fighter though. |

Although it will probably be some time as they're currently working on the new Tekken Tag game I've heard. |

Namco's version will be way better, this looks a bit similar to SFIV which I didn't really like that much.
Seemly they have the same names btw, both are SF x Tekken, and Namco say the development for theirs is 0% at the moment, I find Namco, always do a better job with their games, there is never too many DLC characters (in fact, the only game you have choice to buy extra character, is SCIV, whereas its basically buying DarthVader for the Xbox 360 version, where PSN you buy Yoda), Tekken 6 came packed with all the in-story characters, Capcom should really learn from this.
And Tekken Tag Tournament 2, as far as Im aware they are including all the characters, even Jun, Angel and Orge who were all killed off characters, Angel's Jun as far as Im aware, hoping Unknown, Alex and all make an appearance too.
Knowing Capcom's version of this game, there'll be 20 base characters, 10 for each series, and characters like Jin (my favorite) will more likely be DLC only and more likely included on the disc already, locked of course, until you buy them. |

Day 1 DLC Tekken X Street Fighter
Done in the Tekken style, IMO, that better, its not cartoony like street fighter. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed that style, 16 years ago, but its more outdated then Nintendo still milking the same 3 games over and over over and over over and over over and over over and over over and over over and over over and over |

jesus they're not even trying... not only are Steves moves interchangable with Dudleys, but now their voices are almost identical.
Also i fail to see how incorporating characters from Final Fight is Street Fighter X Tekken. |

I didnt think Poison was a Street Fighter character when I first heard that, but I never played Alpha series really so for all I knew she probably was in that, but seems I was right.
They also have the infamous guy in the PSP Vita one.. Capcom just are getting a whole load of stuff wrong at the moment. |
