| So a couple of days back as you all know COD dropped their last map pack for us all, to start with i had no clue what i was doing just running around area 51 wondering wtf do i do now? anyway i made it to the moon and initially i liked the idea of zero gravity but it fast grew to be annoying for me as i would be sprinting and be randomly tossed into the air and into a group of hungry zombies, anyway i got used to this in the end and it no longer became an issue for me. Now i don't know about you guys but i wasn't really enjoying the game until it came to doing the Easter egg personally i think they have done a great job and can see that they have worked quite hard but on the other hand i was disappointed that the older W@W zombies which i had for awhile had not been updated with new achievements or at least the old achievements i would have liked to have seen make a come back. Those are a few of my thoughts what's yours? |

| I love playing on moon. I thought every bit is fun and exciting, except for one thing. The excavators would make me angry a lot when doing the easter egg. If it wasn't random/luck based, then it would be so much easier for many people to complete the easter egg. |

| have just played for first time today, pretty cool. bit dodgy that some zombies are even faster in zero gravity lol, but like shotgunning them into the air. not a big fan of the red spacesuit with strange names guy seems a bit random. |

The Easter Egg is a bit of a pain because of the luck aspect, if you did not have to wait for the Saw to cut through Tunnel 6 then it would be grand, but sometimes you could be waiting until Round 15+ to try and fill the four tubes, which makes it very difficult.
I think the map itself is fun but the whole gravity thing can get annoying when it randomly decides to throw you at a bunch of zombies. I like the Hacker equipment, it is a good idea and can save you loads of points if you use it to open doors, and it gives you the ability to share points with team-mates.
I still prefer the older style maps, from World at War. They were just more plain and simple. And whenever I play zombies with my friends on Der Riese or Nacht Der Untoten I have way more fun. |

| its a cool map. to bad when you are on the moon and you are wearing the mask you can't hear everything. still looking for players that want to help me do the easter egg. |

Moon is crap, the only thing it has going for it is the zero grav'. Treyarch can't do anything right, they basically built shangri La and Moon around the easter eggs which makes the actual map layout crap.
Instead of putting the perk machines or the Pack a Punch in all of the old maps they have left them unaltered, I would love to get some WW2 weapons in the box as they are far superior to the blops weapons. Overall I think they have made a mess of these maps, I hope to God they bring out a patch and fix some of their many problems. |

Having gone through and completed the easter egg a couple of times now, I would have to say that moon is a great map that has a few flaws.
Great things:
New Mule Kick perk
No mans land for point farming
Large areas for running around while leading zombies
Excavators to add a sense of urgency to your game
Astro Zombie as a boss. Strong with a good reason to aviod, but not impossible to kill.
Bad things:
Zombies come from pretty much everywhere
Everyones LEAST favorite zombie has a new power. Apparently he's Nightcrawler now.
When you fall in Zero G zombies can still hit you
I mean it can be a lot of fun, but this is definatly not a map you can play with randoms. |
