The environments come to life
Frozenbyte's Trine 2 is a "high-fantasy, physics-based action platformer" that will be released on Xbox LIVE Arcade. Although never released on the Xbox 360, the prequel Trine received critical acclaim on the PC and PSN. The three main characters from Trine, the "powerful knight, the swift rogue, and the crafty wizard", will return and will work together on their epic journey in order to succeed, as each has their own unique abilities.
Publisher Atlus USA has released a 'Vibes' trailer showing off the gorgeous environments, complete with "dazzling flora and eye-catching creatures", which makes the art direction for this game completely distinctive. There isn't any gameplay in this trailer - it is purely for demonstrating the way that light and colour is used.

Trine 2 is due to be released later this year. A price is yet to be confirmed.
