Bringing the fight to the city suburbs
Players who purchased the Limited Edition of Medal of Honor will already have been playing the Battlefield 3 beta for two days. Those of you who didn't purchase that game had to wait until today, but that wait is finally over. The beta has now appeared on the Marketplace for download, and is available until October 10th. It is only available for play in English, but can be downloaded in North America, South America, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Join the Battlefield 3 Open Beta! Grab a few friends and jump into the Operation Métro map in Rush mode. Be sure to check out the integrated Battlelog features and share your thoughts on the Open Beta at battlelog.battlefield.com /The BF3 team at DICEDue to the multiplayer nature of the beta, it shouldn't come as a surprise to learn that the beta is exclusive to Gold Xbox LIVE members. More details on the beta content can be found here.
You can add the beta to your download queue from Xbox.com, but make sure that you have 1.30 GB of space on your hard drive when you actually download it. |

Already played this yesterday due to the MOH offer.
Have to say I'm loving it! If only CoD fan boys would accept anything over CoD - thyen they would see that this should be game of the year! (for online fps') |

i rarely see cod fanbois in BF posts... but make one cod post and you can make sure that there are dozens of BF fanbois trolling in it in matter of minutes. ofc you'll consider this post of mine the exception of that rule xDDD

So BORED of the war calling MW/BF fans fanboys etc etc.
I can afford both and will play both, I dont feel the need to defend either and will enjoy each game which plays differently in style. |

gimme a gun and lemme shoot. that's all i want ;)
as said: each to their own. in the end, both games will have similar sales figures, so who cares. |

its crap, hated it. preorder cancelled.
its moh 2 or bad comp 3.
its not major improvement on either of the above, well the console version isn't.
Just not my cup of tea.
I've played all the BF, but im passing on this, and i dont think it should be game of the year on the consoles any way. |
