Time to start laying down some rubber
At last! The Forza Motorsport 4 demo has received a green light and races on to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Try out the new 'rivals' feature, and get a feel for the reworked handling and tyre physics, all whilst marvelling at the finely tuned graphics engine.
You'll be able to get behind the wheel of the the Kia cee'd, 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, 2011 Subaru WRX STI and 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO as you enter a quick race on the Bernese Alps track.

Wow, I was just about to suggest this for the newshounds, lol. Where do you suggest news anyways? :P
I'm definitely going to give this demo a try. I can't wait for Need for Speed: The Run's demo, but I wanted to make sure I try this demo and see if its gameplay is as amazing as its graphics. |

| The demo was alright. Gameplay/feel of the demo was the same as any other Forza. The racing was nice, played on Medium a couple times. The graphics on the cars look great. The environment doesn't look as good as what it could have been/what I thought it was going to look like. Also the music is pretty bad, it sounds like something from a cheap-like game with bad mixes of dub-step potential music, and you can't turn it off, or preview/use other songs. Overall it is alright, I think there is obviously a lot more to see when the actual game comes out. For now I'll wait to buy it, and see if Need for Speed: The Run is going to be any good (as it is a title I'm considering preordering), especially since there should be a demo coming out for that too. |
