The blood is everywhere
In a recent press release, Ubisoft announced that their upcoming title, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, is getting 3D support.
The lovely addition doesn't prevent gamers without 3DTVs from enjoying the lush experience. Non-3DTV owners will be able to get the 3D experience from having TriOviz Inficolorâ„¢ glasses. If you do have a 3DTV, then never fear as that is also supported in the game from top-to-bottom.
So there you have it: the next AC will allow you to experience the assassinations and blood in 3D. Assassin's Creed: Revelations is slated for a November 15, 2011 release and that's when you'll get the bloody experience.

| Weird though I'm oddly curious. I wonder if making the game 3D uses a lot of disc space. |

That's pretty cool that there's tech available for those who don't have a 3D tv to still get the experience.
I would imagine that it wouldn't take up a lot of space on the disc to do this, as it would just involve a color filter, which a lot of games include anyway. |

| I haven't yet seen 3D in any medium that I have actually enjoyed looking at. I'll give it a go, but I highly doubt that it's a feature I'll get much use out of. |
Feel free to PM me about the GTA IV walkthrough, or any problems you're having with the game. |

| I like the depth that 3D adds to games, but I can still see why some people don't like it. I just wish people would stop hating on it so much. If you don't like it, you don't have to use it. Plain and simple. |

Though I do agree. If you don't like it, don't use it. It's not like you are required to use it. That would kill Ubisoft. Disc space isn't an issue, since it only involves color filtering, and most of the time, unless you get an immense game like LA Noire, or Rage, the game doesn't take up the entire disc, so little perks like this are cool. |

Ezio's and Altair's Storys however will end in this game. |

| Decided to check out these 3D glasses they mentioned, seeing as I thought maybe I'd like to see this in 3D without buying one of those (at the moment) overpriced, low-quality 3DTVs. The glasses are 29.90 Euros, which would be around $42 if they even shipped to the US (they don't). So it looks like this will be a definite pass on my end. |
