I pre-ordered the game and got it at the midnight release in the UK. When i tried to play online the same evening i got a message saying my online pass was not valid after i entered it. I know I'm not the only person with this problem as apparently EA sent out 50,000 copies of the game with the same code printed on the card in the box.
Has anyone else had this issue or knows of a way to get it fixed? I called EA support and got an automated message telling me to contact the retailer where i purchased the game but after speaking to the store manager, i was informed that they would not be offering me another code for the game or a replacement game.
So basically i spent £40 on the game and if i want to play online i'll have to buy the online pass which is 800 msp and then spend another 1200 or so on the Back to Karkand map pack when it comes out when i should have received his with the game in the first place. |

| I saw a thread earlier where someone said that after spending 20mins on the phone to EA they were emailed a replacement code. |

| Leroy, it was my original post, now unless things have changed in the lats 48 hours ring 0870 2432435 and prepare for as i say about a 20 minute wait with abysmal hold music but they will email you a new code straight away. |

wow! 20 minutes on an 0870 number..
20 - 29p per minute for that call (depending on your call package)
So theyre moving getting people to pay for a code on the marketplace to getting money from premium rate phone numbers..

| ive got the same problem with the limited edition from game it says that my code for the type88 machine gun,ammo pack,shotgun and surppressur has allready been reademed |
