If you would like to report a gamer that you think is cheating, please use the "report gamer" button on their homepage. Any Gamertags used in this thread will be removed for privacy reasons.

Hi,
I appealed an investigation on around October the 5th. I was wondering when I might hear a decision of that appeal. I appreciate that you guys are busy but a rough indication would be great.

How do you know the people who have unlocked it dont have access to early versions of the code?
They could be journalists, testers, or even epic/MS/other employees!
Are there any other examples where '3 strikes thing' should be ignored? equally, is it physically affecting you? (other than the lack of sleep you must be suffering from because of it)
Take the time and look up 'knee jerk reaction' & observe what your called for response results in with the 'real world' & some of the shit laws that are instated and then repealed/altered because of the pressure from people like you.. |

I agree. If they are cheaters, and not some of the above legal examples, then there will be more examples of cheating on their gamercard. Look for other examples of cheating. |

You are obviously one of lifes idiots who thinks glitching is a good thing, tell me, whats the point in buying a game if all you are going to do is cheat.
This person is certainly not a game tester as he hasnt even done two thirds of the story.First, name calling accomplishes nothing.
Second, you didn't point that evidence out. You were pointing fingers at those that had unlocked Gears3 DLC early. Msross provided scenarios where someone could legally unlock those achievements early.
If, what you are saying is true, that the person(s) in question have glitched and unlocked other achievements in a suspicious manner you have just played into the three strikes rule and have nullified your own arguement for getting rid of the current rule.
Moral of the story, do some research into the suspicous person. If/when you discover more incriminating material, document it and report it. |

Look at the xbox.com page for 2 of the names of that achievement..
Launch Team - so they have something more to do with MS than.. lets be frank.. you do.
Might not be testers directly, but will probably have easier access to pre-release from MS (for another example, Major Nelson can often be seen playing titles that arent released, he must be cheating & be removed also! )
anyway, that was quick research by clicking on the xbox link for 2 of the names.. Hows that for the work of one of lifes idiots? - Something you seemingly where unable to do.
Word of advice for you.. : Better to keep your mouth shut and have people think you're a fool than to open and confirm it. |

| No, you report people from their home page by clicking on this icon. That takes you to a form you can fill in with all the info you have on cheated games. |
