For the achievement:
What I would like to know is if I can go back and get the dreams later in the game, so that I know if there's any point in trying to get the rest as I have seemed to skip a few at this point. |

| None of the dreams are missable - you'll be able to pick up any of the ones you missed on disc 4. |
