| i've played 4 or 5 on-line games now (not enough to rise in rank yet ) but each time I log on It's asking me to create a new character. I can't find evidence of any previous games i've played or xp I have earned when I look at service record . Am I doing something wrong? |

| You need to make sure you're electing the same device to save to every time (hard drive, cloud, etc.). If you're saving to the cloud, make sure it sync's before and after to be safe. That's about all the advice I can give. |
