| Is anyone else experiencing this? I have installed the game, didn't help, cleared cache, didn't help...I made it to the first town, killed a chicken, and was smited by the townspeople who were apparently members of PETA, and so far my game hasn't loaded since. |

Dont install the game.. It seems its doing similar to what Halo 3 does with caching on the HDD.

| I have the game installed, have 15+ hours logged so far, and my only issue was STARTING THE GAME lol I would select new game, and instead of being IN the cart, I started outside the cart with 3 random characters standing in front of me. I could look around, but not move. Happened 2 times in a row when I first started the game, then it worked after restting my 360, and haven't had ANY problems since... Other than the occasional menu lag |

| 8 hours in, still no problems, only glitches i have encountered was a frozen flag post where the flag didn't move with the wind blowing. Not a big issue but i'm very cautious about any bugs that might appear. I have the game installed since yesterday i started playing for the first time, should it be removed? |

| It's done it to me twice but it hasn't caused any issues. The game seems to autosave right before the load starts and when I hit continue I start where that loading screen would have taken me. |

| only thing that ive noticed apart from the texture glitch is the clairvoyance spell sometimes tries to put you in the completely wrong direction |

My friends having trouble with his copy, he puts it in, it works fine and all and hes in the cart and supposedly the guys are having a conversation but they aren't in his game. And he stops at the wall, and a girl is supposed to come out and get you but he just sits there. He left it on for 15 minutes and nothing has happened.
He has cleared his cache, didn't work, he accepted the installation, and has also declined it. Nothing has worked, I don't know if recovering his account would work or not. His copy works for sure because it has worked on not one but BOTH of my xboxes. (Hes currently using my spare) But does anyone know what to do? |

| I actually noticed the water texture in Whiterun next to the smithy was low res the first time I loaded in. That was with it installed to my drive. I uninstalled and quite a few textures look sharper than they had before. But with it installed.. it wasn't like it was horrible. At night when I turn off my 5.1 system I install the game just so that the xbox is nice and quiet. |

yeah it sucks that you have the choice of good textures with the horrid disc drive sound or bad textures with peace and quiet
at least they are working on a fix |

| Hopefully they release a patch to fix that issue for the few having lockup problems when installed to the hard drive. |
