I realize I've now missed the deadline for server shutdown (by several months), but I wondered how much of this can still be completed offline? What's the tally for offline gamerscore and achievements, anyone know?

There are badges to the right of the achievement description.
The little globe badge, with the no entry (Red circle), means it can be done offline. Count those and you have your answer :)
There is also a Discontinued badge, Calender page, again with a no entry sign.
If your ever unsure. Take a look at the badges. They will normally help you to know the outlines of the achievement requirements. |

| 500G for the sp and 500G for the mulitplayer it was easy when the servers where up the sp is kinda redicous |
