| hi ive been playing this game fora few days and every time i go to load the game in and start from where i left off it starts right back at the beginning again any got any ideals thanks |

I can't remember about checkpoints but when I played the game, I usually played one chapter at a time, which meant that I always ended up back at the firehouse.
You are always at the firehouse in between chapters in the game, maybe you think it's the beginning when it's really not?
There's different things you have to do in the firehouse depending on what the next chapter is, though. |

| thanks for replying but yeah i do go back to the fire station after each chapter but when i turn the xbox off and then come back to continue later it always asks me to start a "new carreer" instead of starting from where i finished |

That sounds like a serious gamesave problem to me. Check your xbox memory and see if there's a physical ghostbusters career file in there. Also see if the autosave icon (can't remember if there is one) appears as you play/create a career.
Maybe there's a corruption in the game/xbox hard drive that's doing this. Do you have any issues with any other games?
Is there an autosave option in the options menu? It's been so long since I played the game and I no longer have it that I can't remember specific details about the menus. |

| thanks mate i went into the options menu and had a looked at the storage device and clicked on it thenwent back to carreer mode and it said "play level again" and "continue" thanks very much |
