1. Bioshock- Best game Ive ever played, Bar none.
2. Halo Reach- Great story, gameplay, multiplayer, and custom games/Forge 2.0 made this a true swansong on Bungie's part.
3. Batman Arkham City- Masterpiece of storytelling. Phenominal gameplay.
4. TES V: Skyrim: 99 porblems but a glitch ain't one. At least not for me smile
5. CoD IV: Modern Warfare: I'll always love the CoD series for the thrilling multiplayer, but this one stands a cut above.
6. Portal 2: A pet project gone global phenomenon. I love thinking with Portals too.
7. Mass Effect series: A trilogy that was ultimatly a single game played a billion different ways. Truely one of the defining masterpieces of this generation.
8. Halo Wars: Just as Halo: CE proved the FPS was fit for console, so too did Halo Wars give the almost PC-exclusive RTS a run for its money.
9. Assassin's Creed II: Though the series consistantly refines its gameplay, this tale of revenge was by far the most satisfing.
10. Mirror's Edge: The 1984-esqu setting, exhilerating parkour based gameplay, and intricate story were a turn off for most gamers, luckily I am not most gamers.

Other great games: Anything Halo, CoD, Fallout, Assassin's Creed, or Gears of War related, Borderlands, Left 4 Dead, Bulletstrom, Splinter Cell Conviction, TES IV: Oblivion, and Fable II.
If they say "Ha! I killed you, you suck" they really said "Ha! You suck because even I can kill you"
N0T PENNYS B0AT - Good news is the Resident Evil Revelations demo is really good, bad news is it's the same one I played at PAX East.

Loosely ordered. Defined by continuing to play them, even after I had sucked up the available gamerscore. Frankly, if I was marooned on a desert island with just the top two, I'd be happy.

Just Cause 2
Skyrim
Mass Effect (2 is my favourite out of the trilogy)
Bioshock
Gears of War 2
C&C Red Alert 3 (finishing this made me buy the Commander's Challenge XBLA game)
Oblivion

...and the following for being long term couch co-op night favourites...

Splinter Cell: Conviction
The BIGS 2
Left 4 Dead 1 & 2
'Multiple exclamation marks,' he went on, shaking his head, 'are a sure sign of a diseased mind.'

the game i had the most fun playing on xbox 360 since 2009 when i began playing would have to be 50 cent: blood on the sand! i bought the game for only twelve or seventeen new zealand dollars firstly, then on the day of delivery i received it then sat down and completed the solo-story mode on the hardest difficulty in eight hours straight! i never completed the game achievement wise and it is too late now as i traded that and the rest of my collection for the sims 3! i recommend blood on the sand! i have never played bulletproof.

here are my top five.

1) 50 cent: blood on the sand
2) sega superstars tennis
3) command and conquer: tiberium wars
4) command and conquer: red alert 3
5) splinter cell: conviction

i stray away from the most popular games like skyrim, oblivion, modern warfare and so on. i prefer the not so popular games.

I remember posting in one of these several years back. Clearly my top 10 has evolved, so why not give it another go. In no particular order:

Brutal Legend
Fallout 3
http://www.trueachievements.com/Deus-Ex-Human-Rev-xbox-....htm
Mass Effect 2
Mass Effect 3
Portal 2
BioShock
Saints Row: The Third
http://www.trueachievements.com/Assassins-Creed-II-xbox....htm
Batman: Arkham Asylum

I actually went back and compared this to my top 10 from two and a half years ago. Only 4 of the 10 (Batman: Arkham Asylum, Fallout 3, Brutal Legend, and Bioshock) are on both lists. Guess we've had a lot of good 360 games come out in the past couple years!

Borderlands
Gears of war 3
Rock Band 2/3
Bomberman Act Zero. (I know I know I know everyone in the world hates this game, but it holds a place in my love lol)

Keep in mind, I for some reason have an "odd" taste in gaming, and these are not in order.

1) Dig Dug
Reason: I just always have loved this game since I was young. Always have, always will.

2) Minecraft
Reason: This game is very addicting and actually is fun to play, especially when you need relaxing or cooling off from rage inducing games.

3) Left 4 Dead 2
Reason: Personally this game never bores me at all. I can replay Dark Carnival over and over with some people and enjoy it everytime.

4) The Orange Box
Reason: Half-Life 2 had an amazing storyline, Portal is challenging and fun, and Team Fortress 2 is personally my favorite competitive multiplayer game.

5) The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Reason: As a fan since the 3rd installment of the series (Morrowind), Skyrim really hits hard with the new abilities to become more interactive with the world itself such as forging, woodcutting, and mining.

I will add the last few another time, it's almost 4:00 AM here and I'm exhausted.

1. Assassins Creed - My all time favorite game. When this game came out there was really nothing like it. Loved the setting and the game was beautiful in its time. Have play through this game 5 times and would do it again.

2. Halo 3 - The reason I bought my xbox. Would go over to my brother-in-laws house and play till 2 or 3 in the morning. The beginning of my addiction to xbox, still has a special place in my heart.

3. Call of Duty 4 - Another ground breaking title. I remember thinking when this games frist came out that I wouldn't be interested. Then I tried it out and was hooked instantly. I still play MW2 till this day and COD 4 started it all.

4. Dragon Age: Origins - This has to be my all-time favorite dungeon RPG. I must of sunk in 300 hours in the campaign and not even noticed it. Great story...couldn't help but get invested in the characters in this game.

5. Mass Effect 2 - Another great RPG. This one gets the edge over the first one. Streamlining this game was a good thing. They got rid of all the bad and make the good better. Amazing story and great character development.

6. Left for Dead - One of the most fun co-op games ever. Even though it was a grind, getting all the original achievements was fun. This is how you make a fun zombie game, unlike Dead Rising.

7. Gears of War - I don't like 3rd person, unless it's Gears. At the tine this game was amazing. The story was good and the MP was unbearable. Still the beginning of one of the greatest franchises ever.

8. Batman Arkham Asylum - One of the few GREAT superhero games. Batman set the bar on how a great game should be made. Everything about this game is great....and they didn't try and force MP into the sequel.

9. Bioshock - Another great game. A beautifully written story in a beautiful setting. Just amazing.

10. Skyrim - They took Oblivion (which is a great game in itself) and make it bad ass. The look and feel of this game is great. I love everything about this game.
DOOM The Return - Looks like the 360 will be the last system I buy. As long as I can play Dark Souls 2, I'm peachy.
