Spoiler alert~!!!!!!!!!

OK, I usually try to read up on the achievements when starting and playing games these so I don't miss any.

1) So I am doing the quest for the Urn of Sacred Ashes. I didn't do the save quite right, I saves right before the last riddle. I got the one where you defy the cult and had to fight the cultists, but when I reloaded and didn't fight, I took off my weapons and went to the altar. Then I DIDN'T grab the ashes. Was that wrong, do I get the ashes just remove my weapons? Or is it another way? Or did I save in the wrong spot ( like not early enough)

2) I tried getting the romancing Morrigan one. I did it right before the dragon part of the Urn Quest, not earlier and I have done about 6-8 side quests and she's always been in the party. I had a few gifts for her, then I did the entire dialog with her from this solution:

Theo Boots Dragon Age: Origins Witch Gone Wild Theo Boots' solution for the Witch Gone Wild Achievement in Dragon Age: OriginsExperienced the thrill of romance with Morrigan

It wasn't exact, a few questions were missing, and I didn't quite got all the pluses from her, but just about all. Her liking of me was around 80-85 or so. Where it went wrong is: It never gave me the option to kiss her. Every thing was almost exact before that and I wasn't sure when it gave me a different option and I answered wrong. I got -10 from her. ( no I didn't save like it says to, lol)
2 things, did I screw up and can't get it now? Or do I wait and try a few gifts again and try again?
Oh almost forgot, playing as a level 22 FEMALE human mage. Does that matter?

3)I can't get Tinkerer for some reason. Like I said I'm a mage so I maxxed out herbalist cause I kept not being able to get it and I figured if I was high enough I'd be able to make a potion like it says here:
Shinerbock88 Dragon Age: Origins Tinkerer Shinerbock88's solution for the Tinkerer Achievement in Dragon Age: OriginsCrafted an item

I have Elfroot and the mushrooms like it says. However when I hold RT to get the menu to bring up the pallette, it doesn't let me do anything with the Elfroot or Mushrooms except to take a closer look at them.
In fact, the mushrooms are always greyed out. They are also greyed out when I see them in the menu when I hit the back button too.
Am I missing something here?
So far, pretty good game.

OK in regards to question 1), I did take the ashes and did not get it either. So what has to be done to get Sacrilegious? Did I not save early enough to get it?
I was reading the guide for this 1 and it says to "Agree to help Kolgrim to receive the blood!"
Which guy is that? Is that the guy who you talk to after you cross the line of fire after you agree to remove your weapons? I get no option to receive the blood.
The other guide says save when you get to the urn I think. Anyway here are the solutions:
Dragon Age: Origins Sacrilegious The Sacrilegious achievement in Dragon Age: Origins worth 34 pointsSided with the Cult of Andraste in "The Urn Of Sacred Ashes"

1) For Sacrilegious you must defile the ashes by placing the blood of the dragon in them.
2) Morrigan will not do a lesbian relationship, only Leliana will. Morigan is also very difficult to romance in general... use my guide at http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Morrigan/Approval to max out her approval and note the romance options.
3) You can use your ally's skills to make a potion.
Life, it's funny that way.

For Sacrilegious, where do you get the blood? I am assuming I didn't get it because I never get that option. I only get the option to take the ashes or leave. No option to place the blood of the dragon in the urn. I killed the dragon and took everything from him/her so you must get it from someone else.
Or is there any other way to get the dragon blood to defile the ashes?

Did you kill Kolgrim earlier in the cave type area? Option to defile the ashes won't appear if he has been killed. Because Kolgrim would have been the guy to give you reward for the defilement.

There were so many different battles there and they all run together. Oh well, I have another save, but it's well before that so I guess I'll eventually run through it again.
Thanks for your answers all.
