Two more games to try out

We have two more demos to try out today. First up we have a demo for the upcoming sequel to The Darkness, The Darkness II. The demo is 1.40 GB in size and can be downloaded from here. The game is due to be released on February 7th in North America and February 10th in Europe.

Embrace the Darkness and download the demo. Become Jackie Estacado and master your demons as you experience the thrill of Quad-Wielding: slash, grab and throw with your Demon Arms while simultaneously firing two weapons.Secondly we have a demo for 38 Studios' upcoming RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. The demo is 1.90 GB in size and can be downloaded from here. The game is due to be released on February 7th in North America, February 9th in Australasia and February 10th in Europe.

The minds of New York Times bestselling author R.A. Salvatore, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane, and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion lead designer Ken Rolston have combined to create Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, a new role-playing game set in a world worth saving. Build the character you’ve always wanted and continuously evolve it to your style of play with the revolutionary Destiny system. Choose your path and battle through a master-crafted universe featuring some of the most intense, responsive, and customizable RPG combat ever.Don't forget the collaboration between 38 Studios and Bioware that means that you can unlock an exclusive weapon and armour for use in Mass Effect 3, just by playing the Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning demo. More details on this can be found here.

Played the KOA demo, loved it, buying the game once it's released. A lot of fun. Couldn't care less for The Darkness, nothing of interest in it for me.

The Darkness demo was incredible. I feel like it will be twice as good as the first game. I'm playing the Kingdoms demo right now.

Just completed the Darkness II demo and im excited. Loved the first one (one of the best storylines in a game for a while). There are some elements that seem familiar (Bulletstorms Skillshots, Fight Nights using the analogue sticks to control arm movement, Call Of Dutys satchel charge slow-mo moments) but thats not a complaint for sure!

If the storyline is anything like the first then its a nice early contender for Game Of The Year. Eat your heart out Call of Duty. (This game is nothing like Call of Duty i just wanted an excuse to say the pun!)

You unlock a helmet in KoA by playing the demo (I'm pretty sure its a helm, I don't remember the name of it though), it unlocks shortly after completing the intro dungeon. Amazing game though, aside from the facial animations of characters and some of the glitchy environmental textures

I just finished playing the KoA demo for the full time you're able to after completing the "intro dungeon". What a blast! I can't wait for the game to come out now, already have it pre-ordered and will now have a tough time juggling this and FF XIII-2. I can also confirm unlocking in-game items(s) for KoA from playing the demo.
