A walkthrough with the developers
If you've recently scanned the new release section of the XBLA marketplace, you may have found more than a handful of new tower defense games. If you go back even further, you'll find countless more. It's safe to say the genre is well-represented on Xbox LIVE Arcade, so to see the folks at 11-bit Studios flipping that idea upside down and allowing for tower offense is a nice change of pace. However, you may be wondering how such gameplay will work.
The developers figured you'd have questions, and this gameplay walkthrough narrated by an 11-bit dev does a good job at introducing you to the offensive capabilities of your squad as you fight your way through merciless defenses in Anomaly: Warzone Earth.

The game has already debuted on some handheld platforms, as well as PC, but will be making its XBLA debut sometime this spring. |
