I've seen other people have this issue but I am yet to see how anyone has resolved it.
Done all missions (+ all the 'special ones' for finishing the campaign) on this difficulty but not achievement.
I have scores on all the levels on the leaderboards too.
Anyone fixed this? |

| Just played through the campaign up to the Chicago level on special agent again and it unlocked. I think it's caused from messing around with removing and re-installing the patches for the Challenges achievement. |
