It's time to upgrade your utility belt, Bats
A little over a week ago, we covered the news of free DLC for Gotham City Impostors. Along with the DLC were some notes on a patch that improved some gameplay bugs that were pointed out during the beta. Today, the free DLC is now out as a thanks to the response Monolith received from fans.
The DLC includes:
- Matchmaking Fixes: Numerous additional fixes to matchmaking have been made, including join-in-progress functionality!
- New Maps, Weapons, Gadgets and More: The 25th Floor map, the Kingmaker and Falcon Blade weapons, the Toxic Gas Support Item, and a new Fun Fact are all available right now!
- New Costume Choices: Dress up your Impostor like a lunchador, a corporate schlub gone mad, and so much more!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXeCxXZaqSw
Originally revealed for a March release, it looks like the DLC grappled its way into this month instead.

To be honest, I'm not a fan of the new update. They may have fixed the servers to let players jump in, effectively fixing the "I can't find a game" problem; now most of us are left to listen to a looped sound track on the rap sheet at the end of each game, forcing us to dashboard.
Even then, the Katana caters to the majority of people who use the same strategies. The heavy with body armor and glider rig are more commonly found running around using the Katana to block shots and chase you down. Not to mention the added boost to players using camo with the killing power of the newly fashioned blade.
An unfortunate update for starting out, although the 25th Floor map is a much needed addition and is a rather enjoyable experience.
EDIT: This update is rather late, I've had the YouTube video for the new challenge maps up for over half the day! |

Wait, They charge for almost everything Unlockable in game, But don't charge for new content?
I can't tell if that's awesome or just stupid. |

| The update is awesome except for all the Ninjas floating around in-game. I'm loving all the new goodies but those invisible guys with katanas are making me rage!! :/ |

| I can agree the katana abuse is getting really annoying, I think everyone's using it just to try it out, in a few day I'm betting things will calm down a bit and fewer people will be using it. |

You can easily unlock everything along your career, it just offers an alternative to those who wish to pay more. You don't HAVE to pay money for that costume item, you can use costume coins that you earn in game. |

My game also has crashed several times after a match a finished, it happened 3 times in a row an i thought my game was completely broken.
They also need to fix the audio in this game, everytime someone speaks or has music on it completely overides the game audio and you can't hear anything and i haven't found a way to quick mute yet nether. |

It really annoys me. If you're not using it to talk to your team mates, TURN YOUR MIC OFF! |
