For those of you without the season pass
This week's Deal of the Week once again focuses solely on one game, this time it's the turn of Gears of War 3, the game you the TA community voted as "Best Shooter" in the 2011 Game of the Year awards.
Once again the deals include DLC, in-game content and Avatar items.

| Way to stick it to the Season Pass holders, Epic. Yes, I know, we got it on launch, but still. Plus we have to d/l from in-game. THAT is frickin' annoying. I'd like to play other things while waiting for a 2GB download. |

| I'd be mad if I didn't already get the season pass when it was on offer. Two Gears 3 DOTW though, Epic really must not be making much money on these DLC. |

Cool that the weapons are finally on sale. Too bad I've lost most of my mojo for this game now but the hardcore folks that don't have this yet are sure to love it!
Can I go ahead and throw a plead out there for there not to be another outcry of pissed off season pass holders? I don't think my fragile mind can handle it today...  |

That's how I downloaded my 2GB campaign.

| People paid 3600 MSP at one point for weapon skins?!? Wow, I thought I was a gears fanatic. 1600 msp still seems like a lot just for something cosmetic. Hell, the new trials game will be 16001200(?) msp... for a whole game. |

| Season pass was sold on the basis that we'd save money on the cost of purchasing each pack individually. Well that turned out to be bulls**t! Really wish I'd not wasted money on "on disc" content and a few maps. |

Put something NEW on sale. I know there are people this will benefit, but it targets a small section of gamers. And I am cheap, so I like when anything goes on sale. I'll wait another week. |
