All hail the cloud... not
One of the big reasons why Mass Effect is such a ground-breaking franchise is that it has (effectively) pioneered the save import, allowing gamers to bring their saves from Mass Effect into Mass Effect 2 and seeing the full repercussions of all of those decisions come to fruition in their upcoming finale, Mass Effect 3. Unfortunately, BioWare has found a small issue with importing some of those Mass Effect 2 saves into the finale.
Said problem revolves around saves that have been stored to the cloud (blessings and praise to thy name). Evidently, Mass Effect 2 saves that were sent to the cloud cannot be imported into Mass Effect 3. Fortunately, there is a work-around.
If your Mass Effect 2 save is stored in the cloud, you're encouraged to simply transfer that save back to the 360 on which you made it and everything should be fine.
As with all technical issues, be sure to check out EA's official forum post on the matter if you have concerns.
As you're anxiously awaiting your chance to vanquish the Reapers and save the universe, be sure check out this week's poll question where you can tell us a bit about your Shepard.
Mass Effect 3 is set to indoctrinate your life this Tuesday, March 6th (North America) and Friday, March 9th (everywhere else).

I hate cloud storage with a passion. The fact they force you to keep on the background downloads on is a pain in the ass. I hate having to turn of my console twice for it to actually shut off. -_-
Luckily I won't have to worry about the import problems. =D |

| It's a good thing I don't use Cloud then, I've invested too much time into Reina Shepard to not import the ME2 save into ME3. |
I play video games, therefore I am |

I love Cloud. Cloud rules. Won't have a problem with this though. Like most people I played the Mass Effects when they first came out.
Not sure about ME3 in general. Bioware are yet to make a sequel equal to the original of the series. IN MY OPINION!!! |
^ That's a maniac's standpoint. |

I wouldn't normally do this, but the Grammar Nazi in me just can't let it go... If you're Mass Effect 2 save is stored in the cloud, you're encouraged to simply transfer that save back to the 360 on which you made it and everything should be fine. |

| I never use the cloud anyway. Seems like a wasted add-on. If my internet goes down or if I choose to not have a gold membership I would like to have access to my game saves. |

I love cloud to death. It is so handy. I go to my friends house a lot to play You Don't Know Jack and Modern Warfare 3 so I keep those in the Cloud and it automatically grabs my data as soon as the game starts.
I can see how it would cause an import issue so just move the save. It's as easy as 1 2 3. Those saying how bad Cloud is that is probably because you have no need for it.
Cloud is very very very handy. |

| I use the cloud for old game saves that I don't want to lose, in addition to storing them on USB drives. For games I'm currently playing, I generally use a USB drive. I back up the USB drive about once a week to my PC. For RPGs that allow multiple saves, I generally have more in one game than the cloud allows. For example, my Fallout (3, NV), Mass Effect (1, 2) and Dragon Age (O/A) saves are more than 512 MB per game. |

| To be honest, If it wasn't for my friend explaining to me what cloud does, I would have never known. Besides, I gots my 250 gig harddrive, don't need any backups |

I don't use the Cloud for anything. Only thing I use it for is backing up my Gears of War 3 Rank, Medals and Stats.
Either way, My Mass Effect 2 save file is ready to be imported. |
