Hi guys and gals,
I just saw that Crysis 2 is super cheap at Play right now and I'm itching to buy it. I enjoyed the multiplayer demo when it came out and it's actually my main interest, so I'd like to know: is it still going strong or pretty much dead right now? Does anyone know?

| Guten taag. No idea what it's like in Germany but I couldn't matchmake into anything. I don't want to put you off as I too purchased it at a 'super cheap' price. I was disappointed. Your experience may differ you might quite like it. It wasn't for me. |

| The multiplayer has enough people to play for sure. But boosting is definitely the way to go. |

Thanks for the info.
I've been asking a friend who happens to own Crysis 2 (didn't know that) and he told me that he tried to play online for once a couple months ago but failed at matchmaking. I think I'll skip for now and will lend it from my buddy first.

Thanks again!Be prepared for a few very buggy achievements if you're after the full 1000g! Adds shitloads of hours to the Multiplayer which can be a very bad thing if you don't enjoy it. |

My friend lend me his copy of Crysis 2 and so I got to play some multiplayer last night. I really enjoyed it a lot, even so much that I went straight to ebay to buy a download code! ;)
I even think to know why he didn't find any matches going. The newbie match making for ranks up to 10 is literally dead. No wonder though. Once I switched to normal match making it was close to instant action! |

I'm in the UK and really struggling to get a game - seems that when the US goes to sleep then no one is on.
It's not that terrible for MP either, apart from the 'hidden' dudes all the time. I've literally just started on it if anyone wants to have some just for fun sessions.. |
