Much improved mechanics on display in Radical's sequel
Radical Entertainment's first foray into the world of Prototype made for a fun yet flawed game that, with some polish, could have excelled much more than it did. The sequel, due out next week, looks to build on the first game in that way. One of the areas that could have used some more attention was the stealth/infiltration mechanics. As you'll see in this video, that area of the game has received a lot of improvements.

I actually just got a platinum medal in all 53 events in the 1st Prototype (talk about a pain in the ass! :p )
Cant wait for this, game is looking amazing. :D |

I have to say, at FIRST I wasn't looking out for this game as much, simply because I liked the first prototype game, but I didn't think it was great or anything.
But seeing more and more from prototype 2 I have to say it gets my attention more and more, and maybe it will be a realese buy for me.... |

| I loved the first game. Never really understood why it wasn't so popular. I have to admit though that the Stealth Missions really weren't so impressive. Looking forward to this one. |

| The first game was one of my most pleasant surprises in gaming. I bought it soon after release not expecting much, but it was soo good. Some of the most fun i've had on an all singleplayer game. I'm hoping for more of the same. |

| I dont like gameplay videos for the PS3. I always assume that every gameplay video I see is for XBOX360, because that is the one I own. PS3 sucks. |
