The visually striking XBLA title is NEXT up
Climax Studios' hack & slash title, Bloodforge, is the next title to release from Microsoft's XBLA Arcade NEXT promotion. As with the other titles included in the event, Bloodforge will also come with 400GS from 30 achievements. In preperation for blood & guts to be spilt, a new dev diary has been released for the upcoming Arcade title.
The dev diary is full of Climax Studios team members as they talk about the characters, artwork, designs and sounds of the game. They cover just about everything really! As the team gives us great detail and insight to the making and the finished product of the game, check out the brutal and fierce gameplay showcased in the trailer too:

There is no block button! You can only roll "evade"
A basic necessity in these kind of games.
I do like the artistic style though, possibly a pick up on a future DotW |

| The lighting is really good but it seem like the environmental textures, and the blood lack a bit. Not to mention haven't heard many good things about this game so its a pass for me. |

| It does look a bit interesting, but I'm not really willing to shell out another 15 dollars (not to mention Minecraft being $20?) for a small amount back. I think I'll just stick with Trials in this group. |

| Before you knock this game, you may want to play the demo. The demo is very short, and it's hardly anything compared to what most games offer, but it's not too bad a game. It does have issues though. |
