Battlefield 3 DLC and XBLA games
DICE's smash-hit, first person shooter, Battlefield 3, is the sole entry in this week's Deal of the Week, with the "Back to Karkand" multiplayer DLC pack receiving a 50% discount. The pack adds five new achievements worth 120G to the game.
Edit: Microsoft are being difficult this week. Loading up the Deal of the Week page from Xbox.com may only give you the DLC, or it may give you a list of the DLC plus three XBLA games. Here is this week's full list:

That's now four Deal of the Week failures in a row! Bravo, Microsoft! Bravo!
It looks like what someone was saying about the DotW typically being junk when there's a special arcade event going on was correct. |

I don't have the game but at least this DOTW seems to be a massive improvement on recent weeks.
Shame next weeks Clancy themed DOTW Is yet another repeat deal we've seen numerous times |

I was planing on buying it two weeks ago when I didn't see it listed on Major Nelson blog for that week and the following week. I forgot to buy it because I started playing other games. Thank god I didn't. :)

Honestly, I don't think it's a bad DotW exactly, it's just that I wish they had more variety instead of these themed weeks where you're out of luck if you don't like the theme. Why not Battlefield DLC and http://www.trueachievements.com/Matt-Hazard-BBB-xbox-360.htm on sale? |

| It's because they want you to spend money on the NEXT Arcade games instead of spending all your points on decent games that have been reduced. Save your points til after the NEXT event. |
150 achievements on old games for 1% increase.... soon be 90% >_< |

| Always make me laugh that every week is "worst DOTW EVAR!!!". I personally am not a fan of the Battlefield series, but everyone would be screaming even more if it was DLC from the first 2 and not the 3rd one |

I think people can only really have cause for complaint when they repeat deals over and over as they have done in the past or put reallllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyy old dlc on sale that no one plays anymore. |

| YES! I was upset that the sales clerk at Best Buy was giving me a hard time yesterday that he couldn't sell me the limited ed of Battlefield 3 for $20, but the next day its the DotW! For $27.50 for the game, Online pass, and the DLC, I think I made out pretty good! |

Umm, Battlefield's DLC isn't the only Deal of the Week, there's more...(Which pretty much looks more like a publisher sale, but they count as DotW.)

There's also Black Label DLC for CAVE games as well, but 2 of 3 of them are for the JP version only while 1 is Region Free, all 600MSP each.
