No real surprises here
Eagle-eyed community members spotted some of these discounts over a week ago, but Microsoft has only now confirmed the full list of content to receive permanent discounts this month. Microsoft has discounted a couple of XBLA games and a few pieces of DLC. There's also a couple of Games on Demand too. Here is this month's list:

That's why they discounted FGN: The servers are shut down, so this is how they make people keep buying these games. |

| Microsoft should have discounted the Family Game Night games last month. If I saw that Scrabble was only 400 points last month, I would have definitely bought it just to get the one multiplayer achievement. |

If they just did this a week before the servers went down, I would have ended up buying the whole set. But now that I know that there is an discontinued achievement, I probably wont even touch any of them. I'm sure they will still make their money off of this discount for others, but I'm sure a lot of the achievement hunters will stay away due to our sick addiction for completions. |

| That's pretty crummy that they kept it at 800 MSP until the servers went down and THEN reduced it. :/ I mean, I only bought 3 of them because I had the rest on disk, but still, 1200 MSP is better than 2400 MSP. |

The only "unobtainable" achievement is in scrabble.
The servers being down only make it now so you can't play friends online. I have the disc version and only play with people locally when they are over so it doesn't effect me. I was hoping they would go on sale or get discounted after the servers closed. I always passed up on the sales before but I might as well round out the set now.
does anyone know why the game shows up as 100% complete on this site even though i'm missing at least 1 achievement in each set.
I know its a weird game because they are all separate pieces but is there anything deeper then that? |

| Of course prices went down AFTER the servers went down. Part of the game is no longer available, so the price is adjusted to accommodate the missing functionality. |
