With a formal introduction to Faceoff
With "Collection 2" dropping for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 next week, it was time for Activision to formally introduce the add-on featuring the all-new Faceoff mode. This version of Faceoff is completely devoid of both Nic Cage and John Travolta, thankfully, but it does add plenty of new content for non- ELITEs and ELITEs alike. The new game mode throws you into smaller maps designed for 1 vs.1 and 2 vs. 2 battles.

Two Faceoff maps will be included in the DLC alongside more Spec Ops missions and multiplayer maps, and you can also download two other maps for free to expand the small-scale gunfights. The free maps are already available on Xbox LIVE and the rest of the DLC in "Collection 2" drops next week, May 22nd, for 1200 MSP. |

| What I find funny is they had the cage match mode in MW2 but removed it due to the fact that everyone was boosting in it. lol |

| It's a nice addition,but almost everybody there is boosting or playing with overpowered weapons and/or Assassin. |

| Who cares if they use Assassin on the face-off maps. Quickdraw owns assassin due to them being so small. You really need a UAV to find someone on those small maps? |

| 1v1 is horrible everyone strafes back and forth using stalker and camps. And 2v2 is much better. If anyone is looking for a partner hit me up. |

2v2 is terrible, me and a friend played about 25 games of it, and about 20 of those we won in the first couple minutes due to the other team quiting. I am rather enjoying the boost to sitrep pro though. Them little fuckers running around with MP7, Assassin, Dead Silence just don't stand a chance anymore. Nobody's sneaking up on me!  |

Oh and yes i use it im sorry im not bad enough to have to use support killstreak package with uav which is what 95% of the players use so really dont use uav which i know you use and we wont use assassin. Oh and suprisingly the playlist is quite fun so far tho im sure its going to get ruined as everything usally does its just an amount of time. Me and my friend played 2v2 for quite a while 63 wins 2 losses! the maps are pretty good lots of closed corridors and some open spots that allow for spawning away from the action and allows multiple ways to every position. |
