Two weeks of insanity
Ubisoft have today announced that GameStop PowerUp Rewards members who pick up Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, when it goes on sale on May 22 in the US, will also recieve a code to participate in the closed multiplayer beta for Far Cry 3.
For those not planning on picking up Ghost Recon: Future Soldier from Gamestop, or at all, Ubisoft have said that they will also be giving away 500 beta codes through Facebook. The beta will launch sometime this summer and will run for two weeks.
A new set of multiplayer screens have also been released to show us what we can expect when the beta launches:

Ubisoft will announce the specific window and further details for Far Cry 3's closed beta at a later date.
Far Cry 3 is due to be released on September 4th in North America, September 6th in Australasia, and September 7th in Europe. |

| I don't know why but I am not looking forward to far cry 3 as I was with 2. I think I am one of the few people who liked FC2. |

| This will delayed by four years by which time you will have sold your copy of GR. you will then win a beta code and be overjoyed. You will than play the game and be unable to work out why it's been delayed 4 years when it looks four years old and plays like a million games before it. :) |

There are many things like this, including some Ta events, that I (like many others) miss out on because we simply dont own a Facebook or a twitter. It can be annoying. But still not worth getting a Facebook, I have considered getting a twitter account, but haven't yet. |
