I'm afraid I need more information on this one. Something is given the time consuming flag if it takes 10 hours or more of concentrated effort. If you can get it in less than ten hours after getting the achievements before it, it isn't given the flag. So, which ones would time consuming apply to knowing that?

Little bit of info then :D Each Temple is individual, and they are related only by the Gift Of Minos achievement which is to build all 3. Heres how you build them,

You need 3 different resources to build each one. You need 40, 60 then 100 of each, thus 120, 180 then 300 combined for the Temple of Minos, Hubris of Icarus and Shrine of the bound Minotour respectively (Thus they all have growing times that I gave).

To get 10 of a resource, the most effiecent way you possibly can, takes 45-50 minutes including all loading times etc. Then you also need to play a game to get the actual building blueprint, which requires around another 20, 35 and 45 minutes respective of the order above.

If you want another persons word for it you can also look at the guide for Gift of Minos, he states some times he came up with aswell. Mine are a little less than his, but thats because I calculated it. Add in human factor and hes probably closer :P

Okay, thanks for the info. With what you have said, I will add time consuming to the individual temples but the one for all 3 wouldn't get it as that would surely unlock as soon as you built the last one with both achievements popping at once.

This achievement needs time consuming. All of the three monuments achievements (bullish sentiment, temple fit for a king, warned you about the sun) have time consuming. This one requires the player to build all three of them. So it also needs time consuming.

As stated above, this achievement would unlock at the same time as one of the other three so wouldn't be labelled as time consuming. Thank you for your submission though.

I see where your coming from, however I don't really agree with that logic.
If from when you start trying for the achievement and it takes more then 10 hours it would be time consuming. Though it depends on the point of view, when I see the achievement I am going for the Gift of Minos, not each indivual one.
At the very least this should be Cumulative.

[...] At the very least this should be Cumulative.By that logic, if you wanted to go for the "complete campaign" achievement on a given game, as soon as it would take more than 10 hours to complete the campaign, it would need the Time Consuming flag. I am not saying you are wrong but that we wanted to remove all subjective viewpoints from the description. It can also not be Cumulative as it is an exhaustive task.

We apply Time Consuming if the task of getting an achievement requires more than 10 hours of concentrated effort where no other achievements are intentionally unlocked.

You can sell/destroy them now? You never used to be able to, has that changed with the summer update?

That, and you can always get more Spinx/Academy/Library/tombs, so they aren't missalbe, and the ones you get from Crete aren't missable either as you can just do it again.

Sorry Elyoh is correct about I HAS A HORSEY - that one cannot be destroyed. The others that you can always get more of, while this is true it takes hours upon hours of grinding for a chance of one dropping. I suppose there's a slim chance that you could get one right off but the % is so low it's ridiculous.
Life, it's funny that way.

I suppose there's a slim chance that you could get one right off but the % is so low it's ridiculous. As much as it would suck (Like I mean really really suck) to accidently destroy/sell the achievement buildings, they can still be re-gained without starting a new game. Starting a new game would actually hinder your chances of getting a new one, seeing as they only drop from level 20+ chests.

Might just be my way of seeing missable flags. If I see one I think "Ok, better make sure I do *this* at *this* time so I don't have to start over". The pure luck of the achievement building means no matter what you do, they can never be made 'unobtainable' on your current game, and anyone who has finished everything else can still get them.

The crete buildings can all be retrieved rather quickly if you sell them. The materials obviously can't (50 hours of grinding to get all 600, fun fun laugh), but then if you're getting those materials you probably know why you want them.
