Buggy, like i said for sonic 1 the description doesn't say you need to have them on you all at once.

Neither the collectible nor buggy flags have been added. The Blue Gumball is a random power up and as with another of your submissions regarding the rings, when the on-screen counter shows 50 it will pop.
