| if the game has no flags you have to flag them all. each needs online or offline required and single/versus/coop flag. |

If you could resubmit with full flags for each achievement, we can look at this for you. Thanks.  |

This achievement is glitched and may not be unlocked for the first time. I have heard a few people who are having trouble unlocking it in the first place. I can only guess is to make a back-up before purchasing the last car; if it didn't work, I'm afraid your only choice is to use a USB stick method (also known as "Mister No It All" Method) to fix the glitch and reset your stats to rework the same achievement criteria. Therefore, this achievement needs a "buggy" flag.

200% is an impossibility.
I am 100% sure I bought every car. I didn't buy every colour, but the achievement doesn't require this. Even if it does, it should still be listed as buggy as it is behaving differently for everyone else, giving them the achievement without buying the colours! |

Although I meant it as a figure of speech i.e. “give it 110%”, etc., 200 percent is possible. Hybrid car purchases are up 200%, registered yachts in St. Kitts are up 200%...
Sorry to hear about your issues with the achievement though. You certainly DO NOT need paint jobs. After they patched the game, I went into the car select screen and waited for it to pop. It did not, so I searched (for like, the 50th time now) to see if I missed a car. I did not – so I was pretty angry, again. I backed out and went to car select again, and looked around at paint jobs, and then randomly it popped. I figured it’d be a bit more instant but I guess it takes awhile to “scan” that you have every car.
I suggest sitting in the car select screen for awhile if you haven’t, or perhaps buy a paint job to see if that helps it along. You’re right though, it appears it is still buggy, even if these actions DO end up helping you. Best of luck! |

Of course figures greater than 100% are possible when describing increases, but in terms of percentage of a whole, there is nothing greater than 100%. :)
