The achievements were added to Batman: Arkham City over two weeks ago. The fact that Harley would be attempting to get her revenge on Batman was a well-known fact, if a somewhat surprising DLC addition. Now that the Game of the Year Edition of Arkham City has been released into stores, "Harley's Revenge" is set to be the final piece of DLC for the game. It adds ten achievements worth a total of 250G.
As the dust settles in Gotham, Batman is lured back into Arkham City by its last remaining super-criminal; Harley Quinn. Now more dangerous than ever and leading a homicidal gang of her own, she is hell-bent on taking her revenge against the Dark Knight.If you want a sneak peek at the DLC before deciding on a purchase, have a look at the latest trailer or these screenshots.

Nice non crappy achievements. No collectibles and no minifighting game crap.
Hmm there might be spome ballons to track down but that's not as bad as the ridiculous amount of 'riddler' items in the main game. |

Why is it only 1.43 MBS?
It better not be an unlock code for content already on the disc...
Wait, the 360 version is 901MBs, guess the PC version is a typo or something.

| The PC version of Harley's Revenge is 1.65 GB once installed. The download was 1.32 GB if I recall. |

| I didn't think there was going to be achievements for this. I read on this site a while back that it wasn't going to have achievements, now there are? Damn DLC! Anything to get more money out of the average gamer. |

I'm pretty sure that almost all GFWL DLC is stated as being a ~1.43MB download because that's the file size of the installer for the GFWL client / marketplace program.
Haven't got enough points to buy either version of this at the moment (I got the PC edition via Steam when it was on sale a short while ago) as I'm still waiting for Amazon to deliver the 4200 point card I ordered recently. I'll probably try to be really patient and wait for a sale though not sure how successful I'll be... |

You're free to go back and check yourself, of course, but I think maybe you read that somewhere else, either on or off this site. |

Well considering they had since October to make Harleys Revenge, I found it a little disappointing to be honest with you. It is pretty short, and I don't think it did anything truly memorable. Pretty much what I thought of Dead Space 2's DLC "Severed". A good DLC in my opinion is one that:
-adds a lot of new content (missions, maps, characters, guns, modes etc etc), Borderland's General Knoxx dlc is a good example
-has a cool theme and plays differently from the main game (red dead redemption's undead nightmare and GTAIV's Gay Tony are good examples) |
