A dynasty lacking quality scouts cannot stand
In the NFL, you can build your team by smart money management, acquisition of free agents, and a determined General Manager. In the college game, none of that matters. If you're unable to reload your roster with top recruits year in and year out, you're not going to remain relevant very long.
That's why EA Sports is going deeper with the scouting and recruiting system in NCAA Football 13 this year. See for yourself some of the new changes in this latest trailer:

And my least favorite cheeves from these games stems from the scouting and landing top draft classes. Joy.

It'll be nice to actually know the numerical ratings of the prospects before you spend too much time recruiting them. I can't wait for this game, even if most of the "improvements" are very subtle changes.

I definitely agree with Sax Appeal. Will help in shaping your team more knowing what their strengths and weaknesses are, and their base stats. Just another thing they are adding to this game that will make it the best one released.

Joy.agreed, The extra stuff is great for those who want to really get into it but I hate all the achievements where you basically stack your deck with roster moves and whatnot then sim and pray.
I'd rather see them put some ridiculousness in there that might take some work. i.e. hold onto the ball for 6+ min or gain 1,000 yards in one game. something that you actually get to play for.
maybe one "sim an entire year" achievement but leave the top ranked classes and stuff out
as far as this video the improvements look nice but I will still be simming all my recruiting and getting into the games as fast as i can |

Haven't played an NCAA title in sometime but this might change my mind! Rental probably but still, looks better than the last Madden I played.
